Getting started
Do I need an account to view a brand kit?
No. Anyone with the brand kit link can view it without creating an account. You only need an account to create and manage brand kits.
How do I create my first brand kit?
Sign up for a free account, click 'New brand kit', give it a name, and start adding your colours, logos, and typography. It takes about five minutes to set up a basic kit.
What file formats can I upload for logos?
We support SVG, PNG, and JPEG. SVG is recommended for logos as it scales without quality loss. PNG is ideal for logos with transparency.
Can I import from Figma or Sketch?
Not yet. A Figma plugin is on our roadmap. For now, you can set up your brand kit manually. It usually takes less than ten minutes.
Plans & billing
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes one brand kit with colours, logos, and a shareable link. One team member (you). No version history.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You'll be prompted to add payment details when the trial ends.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your account reverts to the free plan. Your first brand kit stays active. Additional kits are paused (not deleted) and reactivate if you re-subscribe.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you two months compared to monthly. You can switch to annual from your account settings at any time.
Sharing & access
How do I share my brand kit with someone?
Your brand kit has a permanent public URL. Copy it from the Share button in your dashboard and send it to anyone: printers, developers or partners.
Can I make my brand kit private?
Yes. You can restrict access so only invited team members can view the kit. This is available on Pro.
Can I set up a custom domain?
Yes, on Pro. Go to your brand kit settings, add a custom domain, and follow the CNAME setup instructions. SSL is handled automatically.
Teams
How many people can I invite?
Free accounts get one member (yourself). Pro accounts have unlimited members. No per-seat charges.
What's the difference between Admin, Editor, and Viewer?
Admins have full control including billing and team management. Editors can update brand content but not manage team membership. Viewers can browse and download but can't make changes.
Can different people manage different brand kits?
Yes. On Pro you can have different team members assigned to different brand kits. Each kit has its own team.
